0% Terrorist Capture Success Rate TSA now has Alec Baldwin in their crosshairs over his latest rant on Twitter where his 5/mo old daughter was molested by 'our' highly trained and educated 'friendly' TSA agents.
Actor Alec Baldwin was furious yesterday after the Transportation Security Administration singled his 5/mo old daughter out as a potential terrorist.
The 30 Rock star was apparently traveling back to the United States from the Bahamas when his infant daughter was “randomly selected” for an enhanced screening.
Alec took to Twitter to relieve his anger.

The temperamental star sent the following tweet to his followers Monday:

The security check occurred Monday at the Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, Bahamas, where Baldwin, wife Hilaria and daughter Carmen had been vacationing on Paradise Island, NBC News reported.
But a senior Department of Homeland Security official disputed the account, telling NBC News the TSA doesn't do screening operations in the Bahamas, and that it no longer pats down children under 12.
The official also shot down Baldwin's dismissive hashtag, pointing out the former "30 Rock" star wasn't traveling in the United States; the Bahamas is an independent nation.

Destiny Hoffman In yet another example of a complete failure of the system in its defunct and criminal “war on drugs,” charges against Indiana woman, Destiny Hoffman will be dropped because she was imprisoned for 5 months for a 48-hour sentence.
Destiny was taking part in a county Drug Court Treatment Program for the victimless crime of drug use/possession. She turned in a “diluted urine sample,” which is against the Drug Court’s policy, and was sentenced to 48-hours in jail. Masingo said he expects Hoffman will file a civil complaint that could result in Clark County taxpayers paying for the blunder that kept her behind bars from Aug. 22 to Jan. 23.
“She met with an attorney today,” Masingo said Monday. “She will be suing the [Clark] county civilly for violation of her constitutional rights.”
They held her against her will and now they will pay, literally.I wonder how much constitutional rights are worth these days. While I don't know the details, I'm going to guess this is a case of neglect. They ignored her, they didn't listen to her, she was just another convict. She basically fell in a black hole that is the American Penal System. Someone made money off of her and now she is going to strike back. Good luck Destiny.
