If this same Judge is absolutely totally corrupt in one case...
Is she likely to be bending or breaking the law in another?
In Steubenville:
Realize this one Judge controlled almost the entire case from day one!
Something to look into:
Did Judge Cosgrove prompt, near the verge of recommending that Defendants in Steubenville plead the 5th so they did not incriminate themselves, allow them to do so and then lesson or eliminate their sentences with them keeping their jobs working with children? That would be steering a trial & offering legal advice IN FAVORTISM to one party. Hopefully that is not true...for it just might be grounds for mistrial in every one of those cases!!!
The real Conspiracy...
Was Cosgrove sent there to cover up crimes by public & school officials?
Think about that for a moment...
Another interesting question:
Did this same Judge now presiding over numerous trials of school and public officials also control the initial grand jury investigation of the rape itself, including the local cover up and then seem to misdirect the Grand Jury repeatedly into researching such things as stolen or missing office equipment rather than concentrating on EVERYONE who was involved in covering up the rape when they were all required by law to report it to both local and state authorities?
Remember there has been prosecution for theft in these proceedings.
Whatever happened to investigating the child's rape & those who hid it?
There will be no Justice in Ohio unless we demand the Courts follow the law!

Cosgrove took over a case filled with personal conflicts and illegal favoritism.
The 1st Judge’s husband was working for the Plaintiff’s Company: Anheuser Busch.
Judge Taryn Heath presided for 785 days without mentioning conflict of interest.
Plaintiff Committed crimes in proceedings and Judge Heath laughed about it.
After her removal from case, Cosgrove came in to continue the charade.
Cancelling trial to keep defendant from exposing everything to a Jury!
Cosgrove willingly came in to cover this up & rob him of his home.

Governor John Kasich, His Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor & Attorney General Mike DeWine have known Judge Cosgrove was… PERHAPS THE MOST INEPT & CORRUPT JUDGE IN THE UNITED STATES PATHETIC – LAZY – BELIGERANT – CONDESCENDING – IGNORING CRIMES AND THEY KEEP SICKING HER ON THE PUBLIC TO DESTROY LIVES LIKE MINE
HELL…THIS JUDGE HAS HAD HER CASES ON EVERY TV & NEWSPAPER “ONCE MAKING HER LIKELY THE MOST HATED JUDGE IN AMERICA IN 2011” JUST LOOK UP "KELLEY WILLIAMS-BOLAR".
TRUST ME…COSGROVE HAS GOTTEN MUCH WORSE AS A VISITING JUDGE SHE TRAVELS ALL OVER THE STATE – WHEN SHE BOTHERS TO SHOW UP!
OHIO OFFICIALS KNOW WHAT SHE IS UP TO…THIS AUTHOR INFORMED THEM. They were notified that in this Stark County Common Pleas Case # 2011 CV 03288 that: Plaintiff, several of their attorneys & the 1st Judge Taryn Heath had committed multiple crimes against The Defendant. For 785 days Judge Heath kept secret that her husband worked for the Plaintiff & tried repeatedly to illegally dismiss Defendant’s Counterclaims to take his home in clear violation of Ohio Law. These attorneys for BNY Mellon even “Altered Existing Evidence” from the Court Docket of “A Loan Contract” to claim Defendant had waived all his defenses which was used to illegally overrule a previous Motion For Dismissal in 2012. Defendant's Counsel, Former Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann refused to do anything about this, actually covering for the opposing Counsel (Fellow Attorneys) rather than representing his client, this Defendant in the midst of proceedings. Dann's license was suspended for other matters soon after.
They were also notified that: This case in Stark County should have been dismissed with Plaintiff barred from appealing and forced to clear Defendant’s title as a punishment for such actions on-going for well over two years now. Yet this travesty of injustice continues to this day with the good graces of Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor & the other Six Justices Paul E. Pfeifer, Terrence O’Donnell, Judith Ann Lanzinger, Sharon L. Kennedy, Judith L. French & William M. O’Neill who received formal notice of this by Defendant on January 30th 2014 by Priority Mail with Delivery Tracking along with Governor John Kasich, Lt. Governor Mary Taylor & The Bureau Of Criminal Investigation with The Ohio Attorney General’s Office that investigates Corruption By Public Officials. For proof: The Certification of Service & Additional Service is attached below for reference. That legal filing they received is available as well as other documentation in pdf. The same filing also had an affidavit of facts attached to which no one denied! Defendant's ten (10) Pro-se filings on this same Court Docket outlining all of the above criminal acts by the Plaintiff, their many counsel members from two law firms and now two Judges has never once been denied to this day. They will not even mention it.
Defendant & Homeowner of Record is only here making this public because after his submitting of 10 detailed and documented legal filings outlinging these criminal acts and notification to all Judges and Officers Of The Court and no one say a word or even blinks.
This Defendant feels like he is screaming in the ear of a Corpse! Is that our Justice system?
ALSO BY THEIR NOT DENYING THESE CRIMES: THAT IS CONSIDERED AN ADMISSION OF GUILT IN A REAL COURT OF LAW.
All this is completely ignored by Judge Patricia Cosgrove in order for her to cover up crimes by another Judge and Attorneys (Officers Of The Court) to favor the Plaintiff Bank Of New York Mellon. Interestingly enough both of these Judges and also the Chief Justices of The Ohio Supreme Court have had their own RETIREMENT FUNDS with BNY Mellon during these proceedings, just like Judge Taryn Heath Cholley who started this all off in 2011 by favoring the Plaintiff at every opportunity. To date all of her rulings still stand, even though Judge Cosgrove should have reversed them as her first order of business.
However in Violation of an Existing Case Management And Trial Order, on January 15th 2014, Judge Cosgrove stayed home to babysit her grandchildren and Failed To Appear at Defendant's scheduled Final Trial Hearing, and instead over the speakerphone cancelled his trial and prompted Plaintiff's Counsel Jason A. Whitacre and Robert R. Terbrack Jr. to file for Summary Judgment to take this wrongful Defendant's home and everything he has or will ever have with a ready-to-sign judgment order which is now pending in clear violation of Ohio Civil Procedure, Ohio Law and Defendant's still pending, not responded to within rule by Plaintiff and purposely ignored Motion For Dismissal With Prejudice, legal filing of November 25th 2011.
This case has now gone on for 930 days due to fraud & personal bias. Plaintiff has never mad their case because they never had one. This relentless Plaintiff is not even a legal party of interest. The visiting Judge does not care because she is bias!
