A House Intelligence Committee Hearing looking into worldwide threats to U.S. national security focused in on Edward Snowden and the ongoing NSA disclosures. It was there that Chairman Mike Rogers (R-MI) suggested that journalists brokering the Snowden documents are breaking the law. And in a House Judiciary Committee Hearing, members of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board explained how the NSA's domestic phone spying program chills free speech.
