Indie film distributor Cinedigm has partnered up with Wizard World, the producer behind various Comic Cons around the country (though not the massive San Diego Comic-Con), to create the Digital Comic Con Channel, a platform that will release Comic Con-related content -- including films, television episodes, web series, live content and original programming to stream.
This content will be available for subscribers on mobile devices, tablets, gaming consoles and other forms of digital viewing, and an acquisitions team will be sourcing new films, series and other original programming.
