It’s terrible, awful, and just plain wrong that Lauren Moyes is being victimized by the Twitterverse like this. United Manager David Moyes is getting so much heat right now that it’s now carried over to his child. The first Lauren Moyes parody account is extremely popular on social media, accruing close to 20,000 Twitter followers in just a couple months; with only 62 tweets.
The second Lauren Moyes Twitter account just started tweeting less than a week ago and it gained 8,000 followers with a body of work of only 16 tweets. Wow! Both of these fake accounts are growing very fast.
As you might have predicted, both accounts are all about Wilfried Zaha and the rumored relationship between Lauren Moyes and Zaha. Things have gotten so far out of hand that Wilfried denied the gossip on his Twitter account tweeting this.
It’s pretty awful that people are lashing out at this poor girl. What does she have to do with her father’s incompetence? Don’t go after Lauren Moyes, she’s not the one making the coaching decisions on the pitch. Don’t blame this young woman. I’m not linking the two parody accounts here because that could be misconstrued as an endorsement. And I certainly do not endorse what they’re doing.

The post Two parody David Moyes daughter Twitter accounts! Poor Lauren Moyes appeared first on The Sports Bank.Net.
Manchester United Manager David Moyes has a 19 year old daughter named Lauren Moyes who seems to accumulate a lot of attention on the internet. Lauren Moyes went to Archbishop Temple School in Preston, where her famous father previously managed Preston North End. She plays football for Preston North End girls. And last year she became a trending topic on the net when she slammed Liverpool’s Luis Suarez for taunting her dad – tweeting:
“Very surprised my dad didn’t just nut Suarez.”
Today, both her Twitter and Instagram accounts have been deleted or suspended. And it’s probably because of all the rumors and innuendo Lauren Moyes has had to deal with.
And of course, all the internet’s lashing out at her father too.
Wilfried Zaha denied the gossip claiming he had a relationship with the daughter of United Manager David Moyes. He even took his Twitter to deny having even making the acquaintance of Lauren Moyes.
“I’ve never dated or even met David Moyes’ Daughter so that isn’t the reason for my absence in games,”
“I would like to stop all these false accusations .. I will play for Manchester United when my manager feels I’m ready,” the 20 year old winger said.
As Lauren has left social media for the time being, fake accounts pretending to be her have sprouted up in her place. And that’s awful. Leave the poor girl alone!
