2 cups orange juice
2 bananas
1 cup ice
1 cup of orange or strawberry sherbet
Slowly add all these ingredients in a blender until the texture is smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Avocado and Apple Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled
1 apple
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 apple juice
1/2-cup ice
3 sprigs mint leaves
Gradually mix all these ingredients together in a blender. Serve with salad for a healthier snack.
Creamy Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
Half ripe avocado
1/3-cup milk
Half apple, partially peeled
Sugar to taste
Splash water
1 cup ice
Blend all the ingredients together. Serve and enjoy the creamy taste of avocado!

Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 stock of celery
1 banana
1 apple
1-2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
