Once again, Judge Jeanine rips the Obama administration for their total and utter incompetence and for all of the scandals that have plagued this administration. The 'signer' at the Mandela ceremony has become a metaphor for the Obama administrations gaffes as they continually flap their arms in repetitive and meaningless gestures while America wonders what has gone so terribly wrong.
